Currently, Zeo supports a single brand profile per account. Your logo and brand color will be applied consistently across all notifications and tracking pages.

What dynamic variables are available?

Templates support variables including: customer name, driver/technician name, ETA, stops remaining, tracking link, order number, and custom fields you've added to stops. Variables auto-populate when messages send.

Is branding available on all plans?

Branding and customization features are available on Route Management, Fleet Management, and Enterprise plans. Basic message customization is included, with logo branding and full visual customization available on all three plans. Custom domains for tracking links are Enterprise-only.
