Zeo Route Planner was started to help the last-mile delivery services. Many of our customers are small business owners and individual drivers. Our mobile app and the web app solve all the major problems faced in delivery services. We try to provide the best in class service that helps all kinds of businesses by enhancing our services and including various new features required for the delivery process.
We got in touch with a few of our drivers and asked them some questions on what they feel about the Zeo Route Planner app and which part of the app they liked the most. Since it is not possible to write down all the answers, we have tried to shortlist those answers which can tell a lot about our app. (We are not mentioning the names of those drivers because we believe in keeping the privacy of our customers intact)

Why did you decide to use the Zeo Route Planner?
“I was facing many problems in maintaining the delivery addresses, and it was a very hectic job for me to complete the delivery every day. Some days I had to cover much distance to deliver the goods to the customers. I was looking for an application, which can help me in the delivery process.”

How is the user interface of the app?
“I liked the user interface of this app. It is quite simple and easy to use. For people like me who are not tech-savvy, I strongly recommend this app. The route optimization process takes less than a minute, which I think is very good for this app.”
“The way the process is followed in this app is also excellent. From the beginning, when the addresses are imported till the end when the delivery is completed, the interface is quite user-friendly, and I don’t feel any trouble while I am out for the delivery.”
What is the the feature that you loved the most in the Zeo Route Planner?
“The most important feature I liked is the dynamic optimization of this app, which has helped me save a lot in the past few months. I also liked the various methods provided by the Zeo Route Planner to enter the delivery addresses. I am using the spreadsheet import option widely, but I also tried the voice-enabled input, and it is pretty good. I also liked the image OCR option to import the addresses.”
What are your views on the Zeo Route stop details and customer confirmation?
“I pretty much liked the stop details setting in the app. Adding special instructions for every stop, such as Time Slot or ASAP delivery, has really helped me get the customers’ orders. I can also specify the type of stop – Delivery or Pick up.”
“I liked the app feature in which I can specify special instructions for the stop via comment and get the customer confirmation via picture or signature. With this app, I can also share the ETA with the customers to live to track their order. This has really helped me in keeping the customers happy and satisfied.”
What are your views on the navigation provided by the Zeo Route Planner?
“I liked the comfort which the Zeo Route Planner provides in terms of navigation. I can use Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, TomTom Maps, Here WeGo Maps, and many more navigation services”.
“I liked this feature as the drivers should have the option to choose their preferred map for navigation, which was not there in the previous route optimization app which I was using.”
What are you final thoughts on using the Zeo Route Planner?
Zeo Route Planner has provided unlimited delivery routes and dynamic re-routing, which has helped many delivery drivers. This app helps in adding and deleting stops on the go. Navigation with the favorite maps is just the icing on the cake. The app allows me to set delivery time duration and avoiding tolls and highways.
The various methods of importing the addresses is also a beneficial feature at this time. Importing delivery locations via excel upload, manifest image capture, QR, and barcode has helped drivers like me. The app also lets me prioritize the deliveries and has helped save much time, effort, and extra fuel cost.
