Which Zeo plan is best for my business needs?

Choose based on team size and needs:

Is there a discount if I choose a yearly plan?

Yes. All yearly plans include a 20% discount compared to quarterly billing. You’ll see both options on the pricing page and can choose the one that fits your business best.

Can I try Zeo before buying a plan?

Yes. Zeo offers a 7-day free trial across all plans. You can explore route creation, optimization, live tracking, agent app functions, proof of service, and reporting — no credit card required. Upgrade anytime after the trial ends to keep your routes and data.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes. To upgrade: 1. Go to Dashboard → Plans & Payments 2. Click Upgrade Plan 3. Choose a new plan and billing cycle 4. Confirm the change — credits auto-adjust instantly. To downgrade: Contact Zeo Customer Support.

How is the plan cost calculated?

Zeo has three plans — Route Optimization, Route Management, and Fleet Management. Pricing is per driver seat, billed quarterly or yearly. You can assign or unassign seats anytime.

What features do I get with the Fleet Management plan?

Fleet Management ($599/year per driver) includes API & Webhooks, Automated Triggers, Custom Routing, Store Zones, Recurring Routes, and a real-time operations dashboard.

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from Plans & Payments or request cancellation through Zeo Customer Support. Your plan stays active until the billing cycle ends, with no fees or penalties.

Do you provide custom plans or enterprise-level integrations?

Yes. Zeo offers an Enterprise Plan for fleets with 200+ vehicles. It includes advanced API/webhook access, zone automation, and recurring routes. Contact Zeo Customer Support to discuss pricing and enable this plan.
